Revival Policy
These terms keep bookings clear for everyone. By confirming an appointment with Revival Auto Spa, you agree to the policies below. Questions? Message us on Instagram — we’re happy to walk through anything before you book.

Deposit policy
Appointments are booked by Instagram DM (@revival.auto.spa). Once we confirm your date and package, a $50 deposit is required to lock in your spot.
Message us with any questions before you pay — vehicle type, package, add-ons, location, and timing are all finalized in chat so there are no surprises.
Your deposit is applied toward the final total on the day of service.
Pricing and inspection
Listed package prices are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on your vehicle’s condition — including stains, pet hair, salt, and how long the detail will take.
We assess the vehicle at the appointment (or from photos you send beforehand when helpful). Any adjustment is explained before we begin extra work.
Add-ons such as pet-hair removal or heavy stain treatment are confirmed by DM and priced based on the job.
Weather and conditions
As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled for severe weather or other circumstances that make a safe, quality detail impossible.
If we need to move your appointment, your deposit carries over to the new confirmed date — it is not forfeited when we reschedule.
We’ll message you as early as we can if conditions change.
Personal belongings
You’re welcome to leave personal items in the vehicle. We typically gather loose belongings into bags so we can detail thoroughly.
For the best result — and your peace of mind — we recommend removing valuables, electronics, cash, and important documents before we arrive.
Revival Auto Spa is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items left inside the vehicle.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Need to cancel or move your appointment? Message us on Instagram as soon as you can and we’ll help rebook when possible.
If you cancel after your deposit is paid, we retain $25 of the $50 deposit. The remaining $25 may be applied as credit toward a rescheduled appointment with us.
Deposits are otherwise non-refundable except when we cancel or reschedule on our side (see Weather and conditions).
